Do you hear the people sing? A report from Hong Kong
On June 12, the Hong Kong Chapter reported on the anti-extradition bill protest. But it’s not over yet - it’s now Aug 5 and a large scale strike across different sectors of Hong Kong and over 10 demonstrations at different districts are going on. Yet, unlike The Umbrella Movement in 2014, no one had and could claim the leadership across these events as they are all initiated bottom-up by different individuals and organisations.
We are here to record the unlimited creativity Hong Kong people use to voice out their views, which connects all walks of life, from elderly, government officers, fire fighters, working adult to the youth.

The Hong Kong people have always kept to the core value of freedom, justice, democracy and human right. However, many of them feel that the core value is being threatened. While holding the belief of love and peace, they are trying their best to voice out in as many ways as they can in order to move the government.
However, if the ignorance of the government continues, the tension will definitely be strengthened... The Hong Kong chapter believes that no one would like to pass the point of no return. Therefore, we want to raise awareness in supporting Hong Kong people for their freedom, justice, democracy and human right, which all of us should possess.
